THE CONCEPT
 

Interfacing with the customer, researching and mixing various ideas, we arrive at a more or less definitive concept of the project (leave us "carte blanche", you'll certainly not regret it!).

RESEARCH

 

We find the "donor" who best lends itself to our project.

Many times they have particular stories, very often unsuccessful homemade attempts or even motorcycles that survived floods...

CHASSIS AND BODYWORK

 

We intervene more or less drastically on the frame and on the suspensions; making use of our equipment and our experience, it is not uncommon to have to build ad-hoc suspensions and chassis more suited to our needs and those of the bike. Consequently, the sheet metal is then shaped to dress our creations with unique bodywork.

ACCESSORIES AND COMPONENTS

 

We design and manufacture every single component of our projects relying on our experience in 3D modeling, prototyping and CNC machining.

From making wheel hubs, accelerators, engine casings, mufflers, footpegs..

THE ENGINE

 

Usually our intervention is not only aesthetic but also functional. The process therefore includes the heart of the bike, which is regenerated and rebuilt. As with all components, we only use high quality spare parts for the engine. Grinding, boring, boring and any other processing is carried out with extreme care and precision.

Sometimes it happens that spare parts are unavailable, but we certainly do not get discouraged; not infrequently we happen to make crankcases, cylinders, connecting rods and other components as you can see in the images and videos.

Obviously, as a result, the electrical system and its components are also replaced.

THE PAINTING AND THE SEATS

 

Painting is the first thing you notice on a motorcycle, so it must be done excellently. This is why we turn to professionals who create all types of graphics with the highest quality.

The saddles of our projects are handcrafted, by experienced craftsmen; we prepare the bases which are then lined and finished by their expert hands in shaping the leather.

THE TEST DRIVE

 

The best part. The first ignition, the first test lap of a few kilometers but the most important: all the work is rewarded in those short moments. We strongly believe in craftsmanship, and therefore we aim a lot in independently creating as many components as possible, to have the highest quality and originality: all at the customer's service.
