THE CONCEPT
Most of the times our products born from our personal need to have components with a unique design and excellent functionality.
THE DESIGN
Starting from the sketch, the idea is developed using special CAD3D software, creating virtual models of extreme precision
PROTOTYPING AND SAMPLING
This is the phase in which starting from the virtual model, through the use of 3D printing or CNC machines, a real physical object is realized, something really tangible, “that you can touch with your hand”. This is the time when any component improvements are evaluated.
THE MOLD MAKING
The molds that will subsequently be used in the casting process derive from an accurate study and their meticulous realization. This is the fundamental step for the success of the final product.
THE FUSION
This is the moment when all the previous work takes place.
The fusion takes place by creating cavities called “shapes” by impressing the molds previously made in special earth formworks. Once coupled, aluminum is poured into them, after reaching optimal temperature and fluidity.
MECHANICAL WORKING
In this phase the stock is removed and the shapes are finished by means of numerically controlled machine tools.
THE FINISH
At this point, the product receives the desired surface finish, which can be a polishing, a shot peening or a brushing.
